Barry & Diana Hall: 1955 Chevy Bel Air Sport Coupe

William “Barry” Hall, January 13, 1944 – October 9, 2024

Barry and his wife, Diana, were long-time members of the Dixie Classic Chevy club. Diana passed away last November, and Barry joined her on October 9, 2024. They are both greatly missed. Barry’s Celebration of Life Service will be October 26, 2024, at 10 am at Roswell Funeral Home. You are encouraged to drive your classic car if you are able to attend.

Barry and Diana purchased this car in 2012 with 900 miles on it since restoration. The previous owner did a frame-off restoration that was finished in 2008 and spanned a 37 year period. The body was acid dipped to remove corrosion. This is a numbers matching car that is powered by a base inline 6 cyl. Blue Flame 136HP. 235 ci engine with a two speed Powerglide. This beauty sports dual master power disc front brakes, electric windows, Wonder Bar radio, rear speaker, and other GM ’55 accessories. The paint scheme is code 627 Shadow Gray over Coral offered only in 1955. It’s a Cruise Night regular!
